These Terms of Service set forth the rules for using the zwiedzajpkin.pl website and the conditions for entering into agreements regarding participation in events organized on specific dates.
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the reservation. All services offered apply to events with a specified date and time.
Payments are processed online via the Stripe system. Prices are listed as gross amounts.
Pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act, the customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract, as the subject of the service is a service related to an event on a specific date.
If a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the event, no refund will be issued.
Complaints should be submitted electronically to info@comedytours.pl. The administrator will review the complaint within 14 days.
