Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ – Najczęściej Zadawane Pytania

Gdzie rozpoczyna się wycieczka?

Our meeting point is the area in front of the stairs of the Palace of Culture and Science on the side facing Marszałkowska Street (Parade Square). Exactly here.

Please arrive at the tour starting point a few minutes before the scheduled start time.

How will I recognize the guide?

The guide will be holding an open red umbrella with the ZwiedzajPKiN logo. They will be at the starting point 10 minutes before the tour begins.

Will we really skip the elevator lines?

Yes! That’s our specialty. As an organized group, we use the priority entrance, allowing you to go up to the 30th floor without standing in the public, often very long line for individual tourists.

How long does the tour last?

The guided tour lasts about 60 minutes and ends on the observation deck—you can stay there on your own until the deck closes (8:00 PM).

What will we see during the tour?

We will visit 5 state rooms (conference and ballrooms) on the 2nd and 4th floors. During the tour, our licensed Warsaw guide will tell you about the history and secrets of the Palace of Culture, and at the end, we’ll go up (without waiting in line) to the 30th floor—the observation deck—where you can stay as long as you like (until 8:00 PM)

Can I buy a ticket on-site?

This is possible if there are still spots available. We strongly recommend purchasing online at visitpkin.pl. The number of spots in the group is limited, and tickets often sell out in advance. If there are any remaining spots, the guide will help you make a reservation on-site using your phone.

What if I’m late for the tour?

We start promptly at the scheduled time. We’ll wait in front of the building for the first 5 minutes. If you’re any later than that, unfortunately your reservation will be forfeited.

Is the tour accessible for people with strollers?

Yes, although the Palace is a historic building and there are a few sections with stairs along the tour route through the state rooms. We would suggest bringing your child in a baby carrier instead of a stroller.

In which languages do you conduct the tours?

The main language of our tours is Polish. However, we have dedicated time slots in English, German, Spanish, Russian, and Belarusian.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, that’s not necessary. We care about the environment, so all you need to do is show us the QR code on your smartphone screen or provide the name under which the reservation was made.

Will the tour take place if it rains?

Of course! 90% of our route takes place inside the Palace’s dry and beautiful halls. In case of bad weather, the guide will be waiting for you under the covered colonnade at the main entrance.
